Before the Chicago Stress Relief Center, I had barely heard the words ‘Flotation Therapy,’ but having tried it I can’t stop talking about it. I have now done several flotation sessions and each time I come out feeling not only more relaxed but more in touch with who I am. Spending an hour in the flotation tank allows for months worth of benefits from better sleep, less stress, and better mental health. Now that I have started floating, I cannot stop!
