As a therapist and social worker, my goal is to help each person reach his or her greatest potential. I believe therapy works best when provided in a supportive, empathetic, and nurturing space.

I’ve come to appreciate how limiting beliefs challenge a person’s greatest potential and have developed a capacity to help each client disentangle themselves from those beliefs while uncovering their innate strivings for health, joy, love and prosperity.

Using an integrative approach, I tailor my work to individuals and couples and work creatively to address each person’s needs. The process begins wherever you are as we identify a plan to start working towards where you want to be. Treatment is collaborative and builds on a non-judgmental alliance. My treatment philosophy includes a strength-based and person-centered approach. I use empirically based treatment modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention and Mindfulness. I am also a trauma- informed treatment provider.

My background includes working in the mental health field for over ten years helping both adults and children. I honor the diverse challenges that this pandemic brings and have adapted my practice to meet the unique needs of this time. Areas of specialty include: PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Depression and Anxiety-related health conditions including fibromyalgia and chronic pain.

Telehealth and limited in-person sessions are available on Wednesdays and Fridays at The Chicago Stress Relief Center, Inc. I can be reached through the office at 847-412-0922 or directly at 773-294-2442.
