He is well versed in evidence-based therapeutic approaches including person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy, humanistic-existential therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. He also loves the creative arts and likes to make videos in his spare time. Jay is currently accepting sliding scale fees and is taking both in-person and telehealth sessions.
