Practicing self-care is important these days, when stress and anxiety are at an all-time high for many Americans. Find a relaxing hobby

The right hobby can help you relax no matter how stressed you’re feeling. In addition to a peaceful activity like yoga, you might also take up painting, or start with something a little easier, like an adult coloring book. Knitting and gardening are also great ways to wind down and reduce feelings of stress or anxiety. Choose the activity that’s right for your needs, and don’t forget to enjoy yourself!

Get enough sleep

Sleep is one of the most important elements in our lives. It helps us recharge our bodies and minds, it’s connected to our metabolism and ability to function well during the day, and it affects our mood and ability to cope with stress.
