As the coronavirus pandemic continues to disrupt our lives, our new normal can feel stressful and challenging. Now more than ever, it is important that we stay resilient and focus on what we can control- when so much seems outside of our control.
Social distancing gives us an opportunity to recharge our bodies and brains. Explore ways to ground yourself: increase exercise, meditate, start a hobby, journal, be connected and stay connected.
My staff and I deeply care about the well-being and safety of each and every one of you. There is nothing we would like more than to immediately open our doors and return to offering the exceptional massage and float therapy services you have come to appreciate. Until we know it is completely safe to re-open, we plan to maintain a consistent connection with our family of clients. The following are a few highlights as we prepare for the upcoming weeks:
Mental Health Resources
It is as important as ever to take care of our mental and emotional health during this most challenging time. Our mental health resources remain available including a new coronavirus inspired Text A-Tip for quick stress related questions or concerns (312-543-1203) and Zoom telehealth sessions for 15, 30, 60 and 90 minutes (Call 847-412-0922 or email email@example.com to schedule). In addition, our intern and clinical psychologist will maintain regular office hours including evenings and weekends throughout the pandemic.
Float & Massage Members
For all of our cherished members that hold a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership, we thank you for your patronage and wish to offer you an opportunity to either pause your monthly membership until it is safe to re-open or continue it throughout the pandemic. For those that wish to support us by keeping your membership active, we will DOUBLE the value of your membership for the remainder of 2020 and also allow you to share banked services in gratitude.
If your membership includes 1 60-minute float and 1 massage per month, you would have 2 floats and 2 massages per month. Currently, memberships do not allow sharing but through the rest of the year, members will be able to gift banked services to a friend or loved one. Please let us know by Wednesday the 1st if you would like us to pause your membership and don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any stress relief and/or emotional support.
With Love & Gratitude,
